Before starting a project of this magnitude, it was obvious that we needed to take a look at, consult and learn from the work and experiences of those who have been working on similar projects in other autonomous communities and at state level for some time. Visits to leading institutions in the conservation and enhancement of documentary heritage in the fields of music, dance and theatre proved invaluable when it came to networking and generating synergies in order to contrast the characteristics of the project with them and find out about their experiences. Throughout 2017, a great number of visits were made, leading to the establishment of different types and levels of cooperation:
